welcome,
i've got one question that spoils my dwarven happiness: can evil civilizations trade with each other?
when embarking, every other civ is either my enemy (red lines) or 'no trade'... is there any solution for this problematic attitude towards my chaos dwarves?

The best I got is to make sure that, since your civ is evil, make sure whoever you want to trade with is also [EVIL]. If that doesn't work gen a new world. If that doesn't work either, try making your civ's personality closer to whoever you want to trade with. If that doesn't work, gen another new world. If that still doesn't work, stop taking my advice.
